Vliv údržby řezací části řetězové pily na hygienu práce

Bachelor thesis deals with maintaining chain parts of chainsaw depending on hygiene of work. At the beginning is described the hygiene of work in harvesting. In general chain parts construction of chainsaw is described, which includes a detailed description of guide bar a saw chain and their maintance. Furthermore, there are maintances by particular manufacturers of chainsaws and there are exposure limits according to Government order about health protection from unfavourable effects of vibration and noise of chainsaw from the perspective of hygiene of work. Next, the possibilities of unfavourable effect of vibration and noise to human body are described and there are standarts for vibration and noise measurements. In the thesis are solved measured values of vibration and noise of a new chain, with chain without sharpening after one hour work, and with chain without sharpening over one shift and their different values and effects on worker. The results are analyzed and processed into tables and graphs from which exposure limits for noise and vibration are evaluated.
Rozbor současného stavu a základních parametrů motorových řetězových pil v lesní těžbě a arboristice

This bachelor’s thesis is concerning current status and utilization of motor chainsaws used in lumber industry and arboristics. Furthermore, with overview technical parameters and factors, which influence its field of application and it’s features with focus on optimization in work process. Theoretical basis is supported by measurement with focus on these issues. These measurements were conducted according to verified methods, which are often being used in field and are modified in a way, so that the results have the lowest deviation of results. The measurement is specifically focused on the cuts, which are conducted by two different types of cutting chains, determining of consumption with different chainsaws with varied engine power, measurement in term of loudness and vibration levels. Finally, this work will also consider relation between increase of weight and following improved engine power of particular device.
